We couldn’t find a production partner we trusted with our own shows. So we built it.

Space City Pro exists because Houston’s largest brands kept getting let down by production partners who were either too small to own the full stack or too broker-heavy to own the outcome. We built the team we would have hired ourselves — one senior producer, named on the contract, same headset from kickoff to strike — and we’ve turned it into the producer-led corporate event production partner Fortune 500 teams call first.

By the numbers

We have receipts instead of adjectives.

We measure the only way that matters: rooms produced and relationships kept.

Origin

We started on Houston’s biggest stages and built toward the programs that move markets.

Both founders carry fifteen-plus years on headset, from festival stages to live TV. That training is why the corporate work holds up when the stakes do.

Our founders learned show-calling where there are no second takes.

Brandon West and Chandler Christie earned their reputations the hardest way you can: on festival stages, in church auditoriums with tens of thousands of attendees, and on live TV broadcasts where reset isn’t an option. The first time Chandler caught a dying mic-pack on a guest pastor mid-sermon (twenty thousand people in the room, livestream rolling, and a backup hot before the worship team finished the bridge), Brandon stopped looking for partners and started looking for a co-founder. That’s who you’re hiring.

Get the founders in your room

That background is why the corporate work feels different. We run a keynote like the show it is: a show caller, a rehearsed run of show, and a documented failover for every single point of failure. “We hit the date” and “we moved the business” are two completely different sentences. The variable between them is the team in the room when the stakes get real — so that is the one thing we never flex.

Today that team runs at full scale, headquartered in Houston and delivering in 35+ US cities, with standing partnerships in the top 30 US metros and working relationships in London, Singapore, Dubai, and Toronto. The accountability extends to the money — our pricing is published, and the scope is signed before the truck rolls. You get the same team, a deep in-house inventory ready to deploy on demand, and the same standard whether the room holds eighty in Houston or eight thousand in Singapore — no broker chains, no third-party markup, no last-minute sub-rental surprises.

Leadership

These are the people who’ll actually be in your calls.

Your engagement is owned by a senior producer named on the contract. The person you meet on the intake call is the person on headset at load-in. There’s no bait-and-switch and no junior pass-off.

Brandon West
Co-Founder
Executive producer · flagship

Brandon is the executive producer on flagship engagements, with fifteen-plus years across festival stages, broadcast TV, and large-format live events. Anything where the room holds more than 1,500 people or the CEO is on stage lands on his desk.

Chandler Christie
Co-Founder
Production · technical leadership

Chandler leads production and technical operations across the company. Before Space City Pro, he built and ran AV operations for a 15,000-seat multi-site organization across Texas, and that background is what makes a technically complex general session feel routine.

How we operate

Four non-negotiables shape every engagement.

We don’t run broker chains, relay handoffs, or loose recaps. The way we operate is the product, and these four hold on every engagement at every scale.

01

Own the stack

Every engagement runs under a Producer of Record — one senior producer, named on the contract, from intake call to measurement deck — backed by one accountable in-house team and a deep inventory we deploy on demand, so the gear is consistent show to show with no broker chains or last-minute sub-rentals.

02

Engineer for failure

Every single point of failure has a documented failover. We rehearse until the show runs itself.

03

Measure the outcome

Attention, lead capture, and sponsor sentiment are reported to your executive sponsor within 72 hours of strike, by the producer who called the show.

04

Earn the re-up

We keep a 98% client retention and renewal rate year over year, because we build toward the second engagement, not the first invoice.
