An LED wall should look as good on camera as it does in the room. Ours does.

We design the wall around the room and the run-of-show, then engineer everything in-house: content workflow, switching, scenic video, and the camera-cut sweep. From the first cue, the wall reads clean in the room and on every camera the show cuts to.

A deep in-house LED inventory means we know the history of every panel in your wall, rehearse on the exact gear we ship, and never scramble for a last-minute sub-rental.

03 · Technical note

Here is what “camera-safe” actually means.

When cameras shoot an LED wall, the refresh rate of the panels and the shutter speed of the cameras interact, and if they’re fighting, the wall reads as scan lines, rolling bars or strobe on every camera cut.

Camera-safe panels run refresh rates (typically 3,840Hz+) that sync cleanly with standard camera shutter speeds. Our full indoor 2.6mm and 3.9mm fleet is camera-safe. Before doors open, our video team does a live camera sweep across every angle the show will cut to. If anything scan-lines or beats, we fix it.

" The results impressed our clients and wowed 1,200 event attendees. Rarely have I found a media vendor more personable and knowledgeable.

LED wall rental · in-house inventory

Rent the wall direct, with no broker chain or third-party markup.

Renting direct from our in-house inventory means the wall you rehearse on is the wall you show on, inspected at every load-out and quoted from panel count, days, and crew, with no broker spread between you and the gear. When a quote shows what goes into the wall, you can see what you’re paying for.

LED wall rental for a corporate ballroom typically runs $25K–$110K depending on pixel pitch, panel count, and curve. A 24′ × 14′ 2.6mm wall with processing, rigging and onsite tech for a 3-day summit lands around $48K. We quote from panel count + days + crew, no mystery markup, no broker spread. That scope sits inside Tiers 1–2 of our published ranges; the full math is in the LED wall cost breakdown.

For a ballroom keynote with closest viewer 20 ft back, 2.6mm–2.9mm is the sweet spot. Broadcast-heavy events benefit from 1.9mm. Outdoor activations work at 3.9mm+. We bring a spec worksheet to the scoping call so the pitch choice is tied to your room geometry and camera plan, not a sales sheet.

Yes. Our warehouse stocks a deep in-house inventory of ROE, Unilumin, and Absen panels across 1.9 / 2.6 / 2.9 / 3.9mm, plus Brompton and Novastar processors, ready to deploy on your dates. Booking direct keeps scheduling on our calendar rather than a broker’s, so there are no third-party markups or sub-rental surprises. For large activations beyond stock, we pre-book with trusted tour partners.

A typical 20′ × 12′ wall with rigging and motors loads in over 6–10 hours depending on venue dock and truss access. Complex curved or floor panels add a shift. We build the load-in schedule around your rehearsal window so show content runs through our processor before your run-thru, not during it.

Yes. Every LED scope includes a dedicated video engineer at FOH running ProPresenter, Resolume, or Disguise as your show demands. For multi-cam broadcast we add a content director and a comms-headset producer. You tell us the content complexity; we staff to match.
