Home / Partners & Ecosystem

These are the agencies we run for, the platforms we integrate against, and the venues we’ve loaded into.

A deep in-house inventory and a full-time crew mean we show up the same way every time — no broker chains, no third-party markup, no scramble for sub-rental gear the week of. The ecosystem around that — the platforms we integrate against, venue relationships built load-in by load-in, and the agency partners who trust us to carry their brand in the room — is what makes a five-city activation or a Forbes Five-Star gala feel routine on the day. The work runs smoother, the paperwork stays audit-clean, and we stay off your client’s radar if that’s how you prefer it.

For agencies

Your brand is in the room. Our team is on the headset.

Most production companies sell capabilities. We sell an outcome. For agency partners that means one thing above all else: your logo on the crew badges, your name on the run-of-show, and a show that lands the way your deck promised. Your client never sees us.

We are the producer-led corporate event production partner agencies call when the stakes are too high to hand to a vendor they met last week — running white-label, under your flag. The channel is sacred from the first call: no solicit, ever.

WHAT YOU KEEP

You keep the relationship, the credit, and the client.

Your agency owns the client relationship, the creative brief, the budget conversation, and the curtain call. We are a line item on your sub-contractor sheet, not a name on the proposal.

  • ✓ Your brand on the signage, the crew badges, the shirts, and the intro slide
  • ✓ We address your client as your team, on headset and in the hall — your lead takes the bow
  • ✓ All correspondence routed through your agency contact
  • ✓ Post-event reports in your template — and the engagement never appears in our portfolio or award entries without your written sign-off
WHAT WE OWN

We own the production, the tech, and the load-in.

We bring the full-time crew, the deep in-house inventory, the venue relationships, and the producer who answers at 11 p.m. the night before load-in. No broker chain, no markup you didn’t budget for — the hard part is handled before your client walks in.

  • ✓ A Producer of Record: one senior producer, named on the contract, from intake call to measurement deck
  • ✓ LED walls, broadcast stack, and audio from our own inventory — no broker chain, no third-party markup
  • ✓ Flown loads run through the venue’s rigging process
  • ✓ The producer owns procurement, so your team never chases it
  • Invisible to your client We operate under your flag, on your call sheet, in your chain of command. Your client never learns our name unless you choose to share it.
  • The channel is sacred. We have never solicited an agency’s client — not once since 2019. If a client asks for our card, we hand them yours.
  • The no-solicit isn’t a courtesy. It’s a clause. The partner agreement carries a mutual NDA and a no-solicit covenant, in writing. Ask for the signed letter before the first scope call; we send it with the agreement draft.
  • Consistent across every market In Houston, Dallas, Austin, or any of the top 30 US metros where we hold standing partnerships, you get the same producer standard, the same gear show to show, and the same audit-grade paperwork wherever the stage lands.
  • The partner edition of the deck Ask and we’ll send the partner edition of the capability deck — unbranded, built to sit inside your proposal under your cover page — with a net budget in your format inside two business days.
HOW THE MONEY WORKS

Your margin is your business.

Partner pricing runs on a rate card we share under NDA, not the public ranges on the investment page; those are written for direct engagements. Same math, different paper — and we have never discussed a number with a partner’s client.

  • ✓ Partner rate card under NDA, locked for the program, not re-quoted show by show
  • ✓ Quotes, invoices, and change orders route to the agency only; your client never sees our paper
  • ✓ What you charge your client is between you and your client. We price the production; you own the markup.
Agency inquiries

Tell us what you’re producing.

A senior producer replies inside one business day with a capability overview scoped to your client’s category and market. Your client’s name stays in this thread.

Prefer email? The agency desk reads [email protected] directly, with the same one-business-day reply either way.

We’ve got it

A producer has your inquiry. You’ll hear back inside one business day.

The reply comes from the agency desk: a capability overview scoped to your program, and the no-solicit letter if you want it up front.

Technology partners

We integrate against these platforms — we don’t just connect to them.

Your RevOps, MOps, and IR teams own the data the moment it leaves the show floor. We map the integration, not just the cable run. Monday morning isn’t a CSV cleanup exercise.

EVENT DATA
Cvent

Cvent

We pipe badge-scan and session-level attendance data into our measurement dashboard in real time.

MARKETING
HubSpot

HubSpot

Lead-capture activations pipe directly into your HubSpot lists with UTM, campaign, and venue tags already mapped — no CSV hand-off, no MOps cleanup on Monday.

CRM
Salesforce

Salesforce

Lead-capture and Custom Object integration comes tuned for SKO activity, with Account Engagement (formerly Pardot) attribution-ready from day one.

AUTOMATION
Marketo

Marketo

Leads pipe into Smart Campaigns with custom attributes per capture source — booth, breakout, after-party — so your nurture branches don't all collapse into one campaign.

STREAMING
Vimeo

Vimeo Events

Vimeo Events gives us private and public streaming with embargo controls and enterprise SSO. It’s the default for board-level keynotes that need to land inside the firewall before they land outside it.

STREAMING
Wistia

Wistia Live

We use Wistia Live for gated donor livestreams — foundations and capital campaigns where the engagement analytics matter more than the player.

CONTROL
Crestron

Crestron & Q-SYS

Crestron and Q-SYS are our default control and DSP standard on flagship live-event productions, giving us consistent audio routing and signal governance from front-of-house to broadcast.

MEDIA SERVER
Disguise

Disguise & Ross

Disguise and Ross are our media-server and switcher stack on every flagship keynote. The combination lets a CEO walk on stage with timecode-locked content and a clean PGM cut — no scramble in the rack.

CONNECTIVITY
Peplink

Peplink

Peplink bonded-cellular routing is standard on every hybrid broadcast — the same stack we ran across fourteen Gulf Coast terminals with zero downtime.

Venue relationships

We’ve loaded into every major Houston corporate venue — and most of the smaller rooms in between.

We hold standing venue-ops relationships across Houston’s convention centers, hotels, stadiums, and luxury ballrooms. The advance work starts before the truck rolls, and the first call of the day isn’t an introduction.

Agency, platform, or venue looking for a production arm that stays out of the way? Let’s talk.

Agencies: send the date, the city, and the headcount. Inside one business day you get a yes with named crew, or a fast no — never a yes we’d have to quietly sub out. Platform and venue teams reach the same desk, on the same clock.
