Space City Pro, LLC ("we", "our", "Space City Pro") takes the handling of your information seriously, and we keep this policy short on purpose. Below: what we collect when you visit the site or engage us on a scope, how we use it, who sees it, how long we keep it, and the choices you have. What we collect
When you contact us through a form, by email, or by phone, we collect the information you provide, typically your name, work email, phone number, company, role, and details about the event you'd like us to scope.
Our website keeps basic server logs to run reliably and securely. Analytics are consent-gated: nothing fires until you accept analytics in the cookie banner. When you do, we use Google Analytics 4 (rollout pending) to understand which pages attract traffic and how visitors navigate the site. We run no advertising pixels today, and none will ship before the same consent gating covers them. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
How we use it
- To respond to your inquiry with a scoped plan and a time to talk.
- To deliver services we're engaged to deliver, including sharing your contact information with the specific team producing your event.
- To send you follow-ups about projects you've engaged us on.
- To comply with applicable law, including record-keeping obligations.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry and engagement records as long as they're useful for active or renewed work, and as long as required for tax, legal, and audit purposes. You can request deletion, see below.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted, subject to the law. Email [email protected] and we'll respond within fifteen business days.
Analytics consent is yours to give or withdraw in the cookie banner at any time. The site works fully without it.
