When you contact us through a form, by email, or by phone, we collect the information you provide, typically your name, work email, phone number, company, role, and details about the event you'd like us to scope.
Our website also uses basic server logs and standard analytics to understand which pages attract traffic and how visitors navigate the site. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
How we use it
- To respond to your inquiry with a scoped plan and a time to talk.
- To deliver services we're engaged to deliver, including sharing your contact information with the specific crew producing your event.
- To send you follow-ups about projects you've engaged us on. We do not run mass marketing drips.
- To comply with applicable law, including record-keeping obligations.
How we share it
We share information only with (a) the crew and sub-contractors delivering your event, (b) vetted vendors who process data on our behalf (for example, our CRM and email systems), and (c) as required by law. We do not sell personal data.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry and engagement records as long as they're useful for active or renewed work, and as long as required for tax, legal, and audit purposes. You can request deletion, see below.
Your choices
