Every service we run answers to one producer. One name signs off on the whole show.
200+ broadcasts without a dropped show is the floor. The producer whose name is on your contract — and on the headset — is the difference. Engage us for the full stack, including event production, corporate AV, LED walls, broadcast, creative, and brand experiences, or bring us in as the technical production arm underneath your lead.
You’re hiring a full production org chart, not a rental desk or a vendor list.
We staff the people who own the run-of-show: producers, technical directors, scenic designers, and show callers. Every service answers to your Producer of Record, and we publish five engagement ranges so you can place your program before the first call. Hand us the whole stack, or just the piece your team is missing.
Event Production & Show Calling
Our producers, technical directors, scenic designers, and show callers own the run-of-show for general sessions, keynotes, galas, and internal summits. From the first production call through load-out, one name stays on it.
- General Sessions & Keynotes: Scripted run-of-show, scenic design, confidence monitoring, lower-thirds and speaker-ready rooms.
- Galas & Paddle Raises: Donor-run show calling with paddle-raise choreography, ambient audio beds, and live tally-to-screen.
- Multi-Track Conferences: Pixel-matched breakouts across ballrooms, shared master clock, unified lower-thirds, one producer dashboard.
- Brand Activations: Experiential fabrication, content capture and lead routing, built around a measurable on-site objective.
Audio & Lighting
We design broadcast-grade PA, RF coordination, line arrays, and concert-caliber lighting, and we tune all of it to the room. A keynote that loses intelligibility at row 22 is a keynote that didn’t happen. And nobody budgets for a second take.
- Line-Array PA: L-Acoustics & d&b systems, predicted and measured in room, tuned before doors.
- RF Coordination: Coordinated frequencies and redundant receivers on every principal speaker.
- Lighting Design: Fixture selection, color, cue-list and operator, built to the storyboard, not the hire sheet.
- Broadcast Audio: Multi-feed mixing for in-room, stream and archive. Loudness-compliant on every output.
LED Walls & Video Engineering
We handle indoor and outdoor LED rental, 4K switching, multi-source playback, IMAG, and scenic content, pixel-matched across every room. The three breakouts down the corridor should never look like they belong to a different show.
- Indoor LED: 2.6 mm, 3.9 mm, and 5.9 mm pitches. Camera-safe, drawn from a deep in-house inventory and inspected every load-out — so you get the same panels show to show, with no last-minute sub-rental swaps.
- Outdoor LED: IP-rated outdoor panels, wind-rated rigging, and generator redundancy for on-site broadcast.
- Switching & Playback: Ross Carbonite, Barco E2, Disguise media servers. Redundant playback on dual drives.
- Content Design: In-house motion team builds your keynote package, walk-ins, and scenic video to match your brand.
Broadcast & Hybrid Streaming
Your remote audience watches the same show your in-room audience does: same frame, same audio mix, same one-second drift tolerance. We deliver multi-site, multi-language broadcast on bonded networks with off-grid failover and a redundant encode path.
- Multi-Site Broadcast: SRT-over-bonded-cellular mesh connecting keynote, plant sites and remote offices.
- Multilingual Broadcast: Live interpreter booths, discrete stream per language, subtitle bake-in optional.
- Redundant Encode: Two encoders, two ISPs, one cellular failover. Measured target: 99.99% uptime.
- Platform Agnostic: We stream to your platform: Vimeo, Wistia, Cvent, Zoom Events, or custom webapp.
Creative & Content Studio
Our in-house motion and design team builds everything your event needs to land, from the opening walk-in to the same-day social cut that hits before your audience gets to the parking garage. All of it serves the story you need the room to tell.
- Keynote Package: Title slides, chapter cards, lower-thirds, and transitions built to your brand guide, not a template.
- Scenic Video & Show Direction: Ambient loops, reveal content, and the storyboard your producer uses to call cues.
- Walk-Ins & Pre-Show Reels: Opens that earn the room’s attention before the first speaker steps on stage.
- Same-Day Social Cut-Downs: Highlight edits formatted for your channels, delivered to your social team before strike.
Photo, 360 & Brand Experiences
We engineer photo and 360 capture as lead-capture infrastructure. One five-city activation tour delivered 38,000 qualified leads straight to the brand’s CRM. That’s a different conversation than a photo booth with a logo on it.
- 360 Video Booth: Slow-mo, branded overlays, music licensing, instant share, and CRM integration.
- AI-Driven Capture: Stylized AI portrait and scene generation, branded, moderated, and on-theme.
- Lead Capture Flows: Consent-aware opt-ins that pipe directly to HubSpot, Salesforce or Marketo.
- Post-Event Analytics: Who captured what, when, and the dwell-time attribution for every activation touchpoint.
Global Production
One producer travels from Houston, and vetted partner crews meet the show in twelve standing markets. Multi-city tours and international programs run under one ATA Carnet, one invoice, and one accountable name — we’ve delivered them in 35+ US cities.
- Multi-City Tours: One run of show, one producer, every city on the routing held to the same standard.
- International Freight & ATA Carnet: The carnet travels with the show, not with a freight agent who has never seen it.
- Vetted Partner Crews: Pre-qualified local benches that meet our team at venue, briefed before the truck lands.
- Multi-Currency Billing: One invoice or seven, your finance team’s call, line-itemed transparently.
Our in-house studio makes the room worth filming.
Our motion and design team works inside the production, not alongside it. The keynote package, the walk-in, the scenic loops, and the same-day social cut are built to the storyboard your producer calls cues from, tuned to the exact pixel count of the wall they play on, and delivered to your brand guide rather than a template. It’s the difference between a show that was decorated and a show that was directed.
- Keynote graphics packageTitle slides, chapter cards, lower-thirds, and transitions built to your brand guide.

- Walk-ins & pre-show reelsOpens that earn the room’s attention before the first speaker steps on stage.

Engage the whole stack, or drop us in where you have the gap.
Every row below answers to the same Producer of Record. The difference is how much of the stack you hand us and how much your team already runs in-house.

Scope it with a producer, not a rep.
Tell us what’s on the line: the revenue, the retention, the recruiting, or the reputation. We’ll come back inside one business day with three things: a scoped recommendation, a transparent budget range, and the names of the team running your show.
