End-to-end production design and event management for HP Inc.’s 2024 Supplier Summit
A global brand standard, held on the ground in Texas. Space City Pro designed and ran HP Inc.’s 2024 Supplier Summit at The Woodlands Resort: from CAD drafting and 3D renders through creative direction and on-site execution. The room was anchored by a high-tech, energy-efficient Pisces 8K LED wall with 4K playback, backed by AV, lighting, and broadcast systems built to HP’s global innovation standards.

HP Inc. brought its 2024 Supplier Summit to The Woodlands Resort, and the bar was set by the brand itself. An event under the HP name has to carry HP’s global innovation standards into the room, not approximate them.
That meant the work couldn’t start with gear. It had to start with the space: how people would move through it, what they would see from every seat, and how the technology would serve the program rather than crowd it.
HP needed a single partner to own the whole arc of design, planning, and execution, so the summit looked and ran like one coherent thing.
We began with detailed CAD drafting, 3D renders, and room-layout planning: mapping flow, sightlines, and functionality before a single case was loaded in. The renders let HP see the room as it would actually feel, and let us solve problems on paper instead of on show day.
The experience was anchored by a high-tech, energy-efficient Pisces 8K LED wall with 4K video playback, supported by a full AV, lighting, and broadcast package. The LED wall gave the summit a clean, high-resolution centerpiece; lighting and broadcast systems wrapped it into one production.
