An all-hands doesn’t have to feel like a meeting. This one was staged as a live television broadcast.

HPE’s ATM Live! Houston turned an internal all-team meeting into a show: a branded anchor desk, a camera package with a jib, and a panoramic LED wall carrying the program across a soaring glass-and-wood hall.

Space City Pro produced the environment and the broadcast: LED, lighting, cameras, and the control village that cut it all live.

A talk-show desk instead of a lectern. A runway instead of a stage apron. Cameras treated like a network broadcast.

The anchor-desk format changed everything downstream: multiple pedestal cameras and a jib, IMAG that framed conversations rather than slides, and lighting that kept presenters broadcast-clean against a bright LED field.

Live television needs a control room. We built one on site.

Behind the hall, a full village ran the show: lighting console, video switching and wall processing, media servers, and comms — the discipline of a broadcast truck, assembled in an office atrium.

That’s the quiet story of ATM Live!: the format only reads effortless because the engineering underneath it is genuinely broadcast-grade.
