We deliver corporate event production in Dallas–Fort Worth to the same standard we run in Houston. One producer owns it, intake to strike.
North Texas runs on a deep HQ-summit calendar: summit season downtown, flagship moments at the Arlington stadiums, campus events on Plano’s corporate spine. We produce in those rooms the way we produce everywhere outside Houston: flagship inventory toured up I-45, standing DFW local crews we’ve vetted and run before, and one Producer of Record, one senior producer named on your contract.
DFW runs on Fortune 500 HQ calendars, with three broadcast-grade venues already wired for the show.
More than twenty Fortune 500 HQs call North Texas home, anchored across downtown Dallas, Fort Worth, Love Field, and the Plano corporate spine. That density means annual summits, global partner meetings, investor days, and a year-round appetite for flagship-grade production.
Three sports-broadcast flagship venues sit inside the metro: AT&T Stadium and Globe Life Field in Arlington, and American Airlines Center in downtown Dallas. That gives the corporate calendar an unusual depth of rooms already wired for large-format LED and broadcast-grade camera packages. We know each room’s labor calendar and freight protocols cold, and we plan with them, not against them.
We produce across downtown Dallas, the Stemmons corridor, Plano’s corporate spine, the Arlington stadiums, and Fort Worth.
These six rooms anchor the North Texas corporate calendar. We know which ones gate every truck through a downtown permit, which ones are already wired for broadcast, and where the freight actually clears.
Kay Bailey Hutchison Convention Center
Downtown Dallas, post-2025 expansion in progress. Large-format corporate summits, conventions, general-session production. House rigging crew on the rig, freight off Young Street.
Omni Dallas & Hilton Anatole
Omni Dallas, skybridged to Kay Bailey Hutchison, the default summit pairing. Hilton Anatole. Stemmons corridor flagship, recently renovated; the largest single-property ballroom footprint in Dallas.
AT&T Stadium & Globe Life Field
Arlington corridor between Dallas and Fort Worth. AT&T Stadium (Cowboys), Globe Life Field (Rangers, opened 2020), large-format brand activations and concert-scale broadcast events.
Legacy West & Plano Corporate Campuses
Plano’s corporate spine, a dense cluster of Fortune 500 HQs and campuses. Executive summits, investor days, and franchise conferences inside the Legacy West footprint.
Rosewood Mansion & Crescent
Turtle Creek and Uptown, intimate executive galas, donor cultivation, and small-format VIP keynote dinners.
Fort Worth Convention Center
Downtown Fort Worth, adjacent to Will Rogers Memorial Center. Regional summits, stock-show-adjacent activations, and agribusiness flagship events for the cattle and energy sectors.
The results impressed our clients and wowed 1,200 event attendees. Rarely have I found a media vendor more personable and knowledgeable.
Struck the final general session overnight and reopened the same ballroom as a personalized training-pod floor. Doors on time.
A global fintech sales kickoff, produced end to end in Dallas.
One of the world’s largest fintech companies brought its sales kickoff to Dallas: nearly 80 countries in the room, a full hotel takeover, and some twenty breakouts running at once. We owned the complete scope (production, print and signage, citywide offsites and an offsite gala) and flipped the main ballroom overnight into personalized training pods for the morning. The week launched the client’s own $1B revenue push, and one producer stayed on it from the first call through strike.
Custom work has no price list. We publish our ranges anyway: five tiers from $25K to $1M+, with the levers that move the number explained in plain terms: see our event production ranges. DFW engagements carry no travel premium; when we tour inventory up I-45, the freight is a printed line item in the scope you sign, and a scoping call turns that range into a figure your procurement team can sign off on.
Your producer and crew come with the show. We are headquartered in Houston with a full-time crew in Austin, and flagship inventory tours up I-45 for Dallas builds.
Yes. LED walls, audio rigs, lighting, and camera packages, with a crew chief, scoped to the gear and the day. Plenty of DFW clients start with an AV rental for a board meeting and call back with the SKO.
Your DFW event deserves a dedicated production team,
and a producer who’ll be at the site walk in Plano next week.
Tell us the date and the venue. Inside 72 hours you’ll have a scoped plan, a transparent budget range, and the name of the producer who will run it from first call to strike. And if the program goes national, we go with it: the same producer and the same standard, delivered in 35+ US cities and backed by one crew standard in the top 30 US metros.
