NRG Park is 350-plus acres at Kirby Drive and Loop 610 South: the 72,000-seat NRG Stadium with its retractable roof, 1.4 million square feet of exhibit hall in NRG Center, the 8,000-seat NRG Arena, and the parking-lot footprint that runs Rodeo activations every March. We have loaded in on every acre since.

Loop 610 South at the Kirby exit, six miles from downtown. Dedicated production yards on every side of the complex; freight elevators in NRG Center handle convention-grade loads; surface parking absorbs whatever the scope calls for. METRORail Red Line stops at Stadium for attendee shuttles that skip the traffic.

Every room below is a room we have loaded into. The notes are operational (ceilings, freight cycles, unions, dock doors), not brochure copy. The producer who shows up to the site walk is the same one who calls the show on the night.
- NRG Stadium 72,000 seats, retractable roof, Houston Texans home venue. A room built for scale: the broadcast signal path, the power, and the rigging capacity are all sized for an event this big. Catwalk access on all four corners; loading docks on every side.
- NRG Center 1.4 million square feet, the largest single-story exhibit hall in Houston. Trade-show-grade power drops, overhead rigging on a clean truss grid, and the freight cycle that absorbs OTC overflow when the GRB hits capacity. Corporate expos, multi-brand activations, launch spectaculars.
- NRG Arena 8,000 seats, the right answer for partner conferences and award shows that need an arena floor without booking the full Stadium.
- Outdoor grounds 350-plus acres of fenced outdoor footprint, the parking-lot grounds that host Houston Livestock Show & Rodeo every March, with the original Astrodome ("the 8th Wonder") still on-property as the visual anchor. Brand activations, outdoor keynotes, tented gala pavilions. Weather contingencies are pre-scoped at site walk.
- Power & generator House power is stage-production grade across the buildings. For outdoor builds we scope parallel-generator redundancy as the default. Gulf Coast weather doesn't accept "the power went out" as a closing line, and neither do we.
- Labor & rigging The house stagehand call covers the floor; the venue’s freight protocols govern the dock. Flown loads run through the venue’s rigging process, we run the venue paperwork and rigging plot together with NRG event-ops, named-line.

NRG Park works from approved-contractor and house-labor frameworks rather than a single exclusive AV house: the house stagehand call staffs the floor, the venue’s freight protocols govern the dock, and every flown load runs through the venue’s rigging process with NRG event ops signing the plot. Outside production partners are standard at this scale; what the venue actually requires is insurance limits, badging, and a power plan that respects the complex’s show-power infrastructure.
