A partner summit on one seamless canvas: wall-to-wall LED, built and run by one crew.

WHAT THIS SHOWS · ENVIRONMENT AS THE MESSAGE: for HPE’s Operations Partner Summit, Space City Pro built a curved, seamless LED wall across the full stage line, matched it with IMAG flanks and textured ceiling light, and ran the broadcast-grade video system behind a fireside-format program for a packed ballroom.

01 · THE BRIEF

A partner summit talks to the people who sell with you. The room has to say the partnership is worth it before a word is spoken.

HPE gathered its operations partners for a full-day general session, and the environment carried the message: a wall-to-wall curved LED canvas running the brand’s motion graphics, patterned light washing the ceiling, and a room set for a full house.

Space City Pro carried the production: the LED build, the lighting design, image magnification for every seat, and the broadcast-grade video system underneath it all.

THE BUILD
02 · THE ROOM

A curved, seamless LED wall is a different discipline from a screen: one image, no seams, every panel color-matched.

The centerpiece ran edge to edge behind the stage, flanked by IMAG screens so the fireside conversations read from the back row. Moving-head washes textured the coffered ceiling without fighting the chandeliers — the venue stayed elegant, and the technology stayed in service of it.

Our crew built the wall, the rig, and the video village on site, then ran the show from a full control position: switched cameras, jib sweeps, and playback held to one clock.

03 · THE SESSION

A full house, a fireside format, and a camera plan that kept every conversation close.

The program ran as conversations rather than lectures, and the production followed suit: close IMAG on the speakers, a jib for the room’s energy, and light cues that moved with the agenda.

04 · THE RESULT

The summit ran as designed: one room, one canvas, one crew from build to strike.

It’s the profile of engagement we’re built for — a global technology brand’s partner-facing day where the environment does the brand’s work and the production never asks for attention.
