Global / APAC / Hong Kong

Corporate event production in Hong Kong: from HKCEC and AsiaWorld-Expo to the West Kowloon and Wan Chai hotel towers, with a senior producer on the ground.

Hong Kong runs your conference, summit, or product launch out of two anchors: the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre in Wan Chai and AsiaWorld-Expo out by the airport, plus the ballroom floors of the West Kowloon and harbourfront hotel towers. One senior producer owns the engagement end to end and flies in to run show days. Our Hong Kong crew keeps the venue relationships, so the people building your room have built in these rooms before.

01 · How we deliver here

How we ship into Hong Kong.

Your Space City crew is on the ground, one senior producer owns your engagement end to end, and the logistics, billing, and language stack is already built for APAC. The same producer is on your intro call and on the floor on show day. There is no handoff to a regional sub you have never spoken to. For RFP and procurement submissions, the line items below map directly to your vendor logistics questionnaire.

  • One producer, accountable. A senior producer owns the engagement from kickoff through strike: one name on the email chain, one person on headset during the show. They fly in for the build and stay on cans until last truck. Our Hong Kong production lead runs the floor alongside them, so accountability never gets handed off mid-project.
  • Our crew and the venues. Our Hong Kong crew, riggers, and floor labour already work HKCEC, AsiaWorld-Expo, and the major hotel ballrooms year-round. They know the rigging rules, the goods-lift windows, and the approved-contractor lists, because they build in these venues every week, not just for your dates.
  • Billing and logistics. You can be invoiced in HKD or USD, with one consolidated scope and a clear cost line. No surprise depot or handling charges. We’re familiar with the procurement frameworks Hong Kong corporates and their agencies use, and an RFP path is available when your team needs one.
  • Language and region specifics. Show comms run on Hong Kong time during the build, with the senior producer overlapping your business hours, not yours at 4 a.m. Run-of-show, call sheets, and signage can be produced in English and Traditional Chinese, and our crew works Cantonese on the floor where it keeps the build moving.
02 · Venues & districts

We've loaded into these Hong Kong rooms.

This is a load-in ledger, not a venue directory. We know the rigging rules, the freight windows, the approved contractor lists, and the trim heights, because our Hong Kong crew works these rooms year-round and we advance every build with them. The surprises are already in the advance plan.

Victoria Dockside, Tsim Sha Tsui. Design-forward ballrooms for premium launches, donor cultivation, and analyst days where the room finish has to match the brand on stage.

Custom work has no price list. We publish our ranges anyway, and the same five tiers anchor every market: $25K to $1M+. See our event production ranges. International engagements add freight, ATA Carnet handling (the customs passport that lets US-origin gear clear in and back out), and local crew as printed line items, priced in the master scope before anything flies, and a scoping call turns that range into a number your procurement team can sign off on.

No, and we won’t imply one. Hong Kong is a market we work year-round: our crew on the ground, a senior producer on the flight, and Carnet-cleared freight that arrives at the venue, not a depot.

Both. The producer and the show-critical leads travel in with the program; our Hong Kong crew carries the local calls, the venue relationships, and the labor rules. No middlemen, and one name on the email chain through strike.
