We produce corporate events in London, the anchor of our EMEA delivery.
We work ExCeL in the Royal Docks, Old Billingsgate on the Thames, The O2 on the Greenwich peninsula, and every City flagship ballroom in between. London anchors our EMEA delivery: standing local production partner on the ground, shared producer rotation out of Houston, GBP invoicing, UK paperwork, and ATA Carnet-cleared freight. The same producer who takes your kickoff call from Houston is on the floor at ExCeL on show day.
How we ship into London.
A standing local partner crew is on the ground, the producer rotation runs out of Houston, and the logistics, billing, and language stack is already built for EMEA. The same producer is on your intro call and on the floor on show day — there is no handoff to a regional sub you have never spoken to. For RFP and procurement submissions, the line items below map directly to your vendor logistics questionnaire.
- Standing local partner, shared producer rotation. A vetted London production partner on the ground; your producer flies in from Houston and stays on comms through strike. One contract, one accountable name on the email chain.
- GBP invoicing, local-format paperwork. British pound invoicing and London-format expense handling. Your finance team gets paperwork that looks the way it should. No US-formatted invoices to argue about.
- ATA Carnet for US-origin gear. Carnet-cleared temporary import on every flight, LED, control, comms, anything we don't source locally. Customs handled at LHR or LGW; gear is at venue, not at a depot.
- UK crew, BECTU-aware sourcing. London-resident crew through our partner; BECTU-aware on the union calls, freelance network for the rest. Day-rates and call sheets read British, not American. When we advance a build at ExCeL, our London partner crew knows which dock the truck goes to and has the foreman's number saved. That is not our Houston producer's job to figure out on the morning of load-in.
- Day-tours from London base. Manchester, Birmingham, Edinburgh, and Dublin are each a same-day or one-overnight from a London load-in. We've routed it before; we know which run is realistic on which calendar.
- UK-hour producer cover. Producer overlap covers UK business hours so your 10 a.m. London call doesn't hit our 4 a.m. Houston. Show-day comms run on London time, full stop.
We know these London rooms on sight.
This is a load-in ledger, not a venue directory. We know the rigging rules, the freight windows, the approved contractor lists, and the trim heights, because our standing London partner crew works these rooms year-round and we advance every build with them. The surprises are already in the advance plan.
ExCeL London
Royal Docks, East London. ICC London capital halls, North and South. DLR access for crew, dock-side load-in for trucks.
Old Billingsgate
Thames riverside, City fringe. Vaulted brick, listed-building rules on rigging. Brand launches, post-award galas, creative-agency pitch days.
The O2 / InterContinental O2
Greenwich peninsula. Stadium-scale product launches; the InterContinental hotel runs the executive overflow next door.
InterContinental Park Lane / The Dorchester
Mayfair. Executive galas, analyst days, donor cultivation. Discreet load-in via the service mews, not the lobby.
Magazine London / Evolution London
Greenwich peninsula and Battersea. Warehouse footprint, full blackout, LED-friendly trim heights for brand activations.
The Landmark / Hilton Metropole
Marylebone and Edgware Road. Large ballroom footprints for 800-1,500-pax corporate summits and pharma annual meetings.
Custom work has no price list. We publish our ranges anyway, and the same five tiers anchor every market: $25K to $1M+ — see our event production ranges. International engagements add freight, ATA Carnet handling, and local crew as printed line items, priced in the master scope before anything flies, and a scoping call turns the range into a number your finance team can review.
No, and we won’t imply one. London is a working relationship we keep warm year-round: a vetted local production partner, a Houston Producer of Record on the flight, and Carnet-cleared freight that arrives at the venue, not a depot.
Both. The producer and the show-critical leads travel from Houston; our standing London partner crew carries the local calls, the venue relationships, and the labor rules. No broker chain, and one name on the email chain through strike.

London flagship on the calendar? Our producer takes the kickoff call from Houston, gets on the flight, and is on the ground at ExCeL or Old Billingsgate the morning of show day. GBP invoicing included. An RFP path is available; we are familiar with UK and EU procurement frameworks.
