We produce corporate events in Singapore, our APAC anchor, with a producer on every flight.
We work the Marina Bay Sands Grand Ballroom and Expo halls 1–5, Suntec, Capella on Sentosa, and the National Gallery for historic-modern programs. Singapore anchors our APAC delivery: local crew on the ground, an SCP producer in the room from the kickoff call, SGD billing through our crew, and English-language production with Mandarin, Bahasa, and Japanese broadcast built in from day one.
How we ship into Singapore.
Your Space City crew is on the ground, one senior producer owns your engagement end to end, and the logistics, billing, and language stack is already built for APAC. The same producer is on your intro call and on the floor on show day. There is no handoff to a regional sub you have never spoken to. For RFP and procurement submissions, the line items below map directly to your vendor logistics questionnaire.
- Our crew on the ground. Our Singapore crew runs MBS-spec gear and works these rooms year-round. Your SCP producer flies in on every engagement and directs the room to one standard.
- Billing & tax. SGD invoicing standard. USD invoicing available for multi-currency engagements.
- Regional hub. Kuala Lumpur, Jakarta, Bangkok within a 3-hour flight from Changi. Day-tour dispatchable for regional roadshows; producer travels with the show.
- Multilingual broadcast. Live interpreter booths standard for Mandarin, Bahasa, Japanese, Korean. Bilingual lower-thirds and keynote graphics where the show flow needs them.
- Freight & customs. One ATA Carnet, the customs passport for the gear, clears US-origin kit into Singapore (Changi) and onward to KL, Jakarta, Bangkok. Temporary import is handled before the truck lands.
- APAC business hours. Your producer keeps SGT / JST / AEST business hours through the build. Kickoff calls happen in your time zone, not ours at midnight. The producer who takes your 10 a.m. Singapore call is the same person walking the MBS Expo halls at load-in, not a regional sub who just received the brief.
We have loaded into these Singapore rooms.
This is a load-in ledger, not a venue directory. We know the rigging rules, the freight windows, the approved contractor lists, and the trim heights, because our Singapore crew works these rooms year-round and we advance every build with them. The surprises are already in the advance plan.
Marina Bay Sands Expo & Convention Centre
APAC flagship. Sands Grand Ballroom for galas; Expo halls 1-5 for user conferences and trade-floor builds.
Suntec Singapore
Purpose-built convention centre, Fountain of Wealth in the courtyard. Mid-scale APAC summits and exhibitor halls.
Capella Singapore (Sentosa) / Raffles Hotel
Ultra-luxury board galas and donor cultivation. Capella for off-site board retreats; Raffles for heritage-room receptions.
Shangri-La Singapore
Island Ballroom and Tower Wing. Classic APAC corporate flagship, annual leadership summits and analyst days.
The Fullerton / National Gallery Singapore
The Fullerton: heritage waterfront, donor cultivation. National Gallery: the historic-modern anchor for brand launches and cultural galas.
Gardens by the Bay
Outdoor flagship for brand activations. Supertree Grove and Cloud Forest dome for scale spectaculars; weather-window planning required.
Custom work has no price list. We publish our ranges anyway, and the same five tiers anchor every market: $25K to $1M+. See our event production ranges. International engagements add freight, ATA Carnet handling (the customs passport that lets US-origin gear clear in and back out), and local crew as printed line items, priced in the master scope before anything flies, and a scoping call turns that range into a number your procurement team can sign off on.
No, and we won’t imply one. Singapore is a market we work year-round: our crew on the ground, a senior producer on the flight, and Carnet-cleared freight that arrives at the venue, not a depot.
Both. The producer and the show-critical leads travel in with the program; our Singapore crew carries the local calls, the venue relationships, and the labor rules. No middlemen, and one name on the email chain through strike.

Let’s plan your Singapore event.
APAC user conference or brand activation? Tell us the date and the venue. Inside 72 hours you will have a routing plan, an SGD-vs-USD currency stack, and a producer locked in for the kickoff call, scheduled in your time zone, not ours at midnight. An RFP path is available on request.
