Global / EMEA / Madrid

Corporate event production in Madrid, from IFEMA halls to the Castellana HQ-summit calendar, run by a Producer of Record who flies in.

Madrid runs two calendars at once: the exhibition-scale programs that fill IFEMA Madrid out by the airport, and the boardroom-stakes summits, galas, and product launches along the Paseo de la Castellana and the AZCA corridor. Space City Pro produces the second kind. One senior Producer of Record, named on your contract, owns the engagement from the first call through strike and flies in to run the show, while a standing Madrid partner handles in-market crew, venue advance, and labor, whether the room is a congress hall at IFEMA, a ballroom at the Westin Palace, or the stage at the Mandarin Oriental Ritz.

01 · How we deliver here

How we ship into Madrid.

A standing local partner crew is on the ground, the producer rotation runs out of Houston, and the logistics, billing, and language stack is already built for EMEA. The same producer is on your intro call and on the floor on show day — there is no handoff to a regional sub you have never spoken to. For RFP and procurement submissions, the line items below map directly to your vendor logistics questionnaire.

  • Producer of Record. One senior Houston producer owns the engagement end to end, named on the contract, and is on-site in Madrid for advance, rehearsal, and show days. The person who answers your first email is the one on headset when the room fills.
  • Local partner crew. A standing Madrid production partner supplies in-market technicians, staging, rigging, and labor, and handles the venue and union calls that only a local team navigates well. Your producer directs that crew; you deal with one accountable point of contact, not a relay of subcontractors.
  • Billing & logistics. Engagements can be billed in euros or USD through the local partner, with a single signed scope before anyone loads in. An RFP path is available, and we work within standard European procurement frameworks for enterprise programs.
  • Language & region specifics. Run-of-show, crew briefings, and signage are produced in Spanish and English as your audience requires, with bilingual stage management on request. Schedules are planned around Madrid’s later corporate day and to ship freight in ahead of IFEMA’s exhibition windows.
02 · Venues & districts

Madrid venues we produce in

This is a load-in ledger, not a venue directory. We know the rigging rules, the freight windows, the approved contractor lists, and the trim heights, because our standing Madrid partner crew works these rooms year-round and we advance every build with them. The surprises are already in the advance plan.

VENUE

IFEMA Madrid (Feria de Madrid)

The city’s primary convention and exhibition campus. We produce general sessions and broadcasts in its congress halls and advance freight and rigging against the show calendar so build never collides with an adjacent exhibition.

VENUE · 02
VENUE

Palacio Municipal IFEMA Madrid

A flexible congress and event hall near the fairgrounds, suited to plenaries and awards programs. We scope power, sightlines, and load-in early so the room reads as a finished stage, not a rented hall.

VENUE · 03
HOTEL

Mandarin Oriental Ritz, Madrid

A landmark luxury hotel near the Prado, used for high-stakes dinners, board sessions, and launches. We design discreet production that holds the room’s character while carrying clean audio and camera.

VENUE · 04
HOTEL

The Westin Palace, Madrid

A Belle Epoque hotel off the Castellana with ballroom space for galas and conferences. We plan around its rotunda and historic rooms so staging and rigging respect the building.

Hotel Riu Plaza Espana

A high-rise hotel on Plaza de Espana with event floors and rooftop space for receptions and product reveals. We handle freight elevators and tight load-in to keep launches on schedule above the city.

Teatro Real

Madrid’s royal opera house, available for marquee evenings where the venue is the statement. We produce within a working theater’s constraints, matching our rig to the house and keeping the broadcast feed clean.

Custom work has no price list. We publish our ranges anyway, and the same five tiers anchor every market: $25K to $1M+ — see our event production ranges. International engagements add freight, ATA Carnet handling, and local crew as printed line items, priced in the master scope before anything flies, and a scoping call turns the range into a number your finance team can review.

No, and we won’t imply one. Madrid is a working relationship we keep warm year-round: a vetted local production partner, a Houston Producer of Record on the flight, and Carnet-cleared freight that arrives at the venue, not a depot.

Both. The producer and the show-critical leads travel from Houston; our standing Madrid partner crew carries the local calls, the venue relationships, and the labor rules. No broker chain, and one name on the email chain through strike.
